We are looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Lead to take Champions of the Shengha, a video game that enables young people to better regulate their emotions, from a market ready product to one with a steady stream of customers. The game is well-designed, well-evidenced and popular.

This is a great opportunity for a smart thinker to join a passionate team using gaming to improve the mental health of young people.

In a nutshell you’ll:

  • Work with the product team to identify potential audiences and benefits to them
  • Create a sales and marketing strategy to sell the game to these audiences
  • Create a delivery plan to implement this strategy
  • Action this delivery plan for an initial test period.

You’ll need to be comfortable contributing to team workshops, efficiently sketching out a marketing strategy, prioritising your time, doing desk research, reaching out to sell to people – whether that’s via social, email or cold calling, developing promotions and other activities to incentivise sales and analysing sales activity to assess opportunity areas.

We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, opportunistic and energetic. You’ll be a mix of strategy, creative thinking and doing – you’ll need to roll up your sleeves and get going straight away.

1 day a week, for an initial 6 week period £150 per day. Options for remote and flexible working. Possibility of extension of role based on initial period.
