Immy is an Innovation Lead specialising in the development of theories of change and robust evaluation frameworks. Coming from a Monitoring and Evaluation background, Immy brings a range of qualitative and quantitative skills to the team, including interview, focus group and data analysis skills. She has an MSc in International Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies and a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Oxford.

Prior to joining Shift, Immy worked for a range of international development organisations, working in research communication and conducting research and evaluation on education programmes.

Outside of Shift Immy is a keen amateur jockey, spending most weekends hurtling around muddy fields on horseback.
