Profile

Sean is our Office and Project Coordinator and is a key part of the organisational backbone of the company, setting up and maintaining the systems and processes which underpin the smooth management of our projects. He manages the day-to-day running of the office and works closely with the rest of the Shift team to deliver Shift products.

Sean holds a BA Hons in History from Sheffield Hallam University and was a runner and events assistant at the BBC before joining us in 2014. Sean is quick to acquire and apply new skills helping him solve tricky problems, making him an excellent addition to the team.

Sean’s claim to fame is being a substitute for Victoria Pendleton in the dress rehearsals of Strictly Come Dancing, having to explain to Brucie what it felt like to win a gold medal.
