Manjul joined Shift in 2017 as an Innovation Lead and helps bring new products and services to fruition, from identifying needs to developing complete solutions that are empathic and designed for sustainability.
Before joining Shift, Manjul has led the design, development and launch of digital services for social good in several forms - as a senior designer at the agency Forster, as lead service designer for the tech start-up Mind of Mind Own and as the founder of a her own national not-for-profit organisation, Eye Heroes, fighting avoidable sight loss.
Manjul holds an MA in Sustainable Design from the University of Brighton and a BA in Design Methods & Processes for Innovation from Goldsmiths College.
Outside of work, Manjul is either travelling, long boarding or playing table tennis.
